Porcupine Balls

1 Lb Ground Beef
1 1/1 tsp salt
1/3 c. rice
2(8oz) cans tomato juice
1 c. water
1 chopped onion
1/2 diced green pepper

Shape ground beef, salt and rice into small compact balls. Brown meat balls in hot oil. Add tomato juice water onion and green pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for approximately one hour.
